This is a book with a very important message for our time And it s about one of a very significant movement in modern Christianity However, the writing is awful, and hyperbole abounds Words like massive, huge, violent, extreme and tremendous are found in around two thirds of every sentence, and almost half the sentences in the book end with an exclamation mark Now that s a shame, because when God does something there is no need for exaggeration The communication is foggy as well, as some sentenc [...]

Being on campus where this school is held annually and hearing about burns on campus made me curious what the talk was all about It was good to read the book and understand the movement From talking with people on campus the book would probably read differently now if they were to update it less than 10 years later as it s grown a lot, especially in the area of scripture which I found most lacking in this volume.

Not quite the book I was expecting from my search The subtitle, From the Great Commandment to the Great Commission is what sucked me in In fact, I would characterize that bit as somewhat misleading But, if you re interested in how the authors perceive a current, ongoing great revival, then this may be the book for you.
