    2. I ve come to really enjoy Pam Grout She has an upbeat, silly, happy, and fun attitude about everything she writes This breathing book reflects almost all of the techniques I ve learned in yoga It feels so good to really breathe.

I disagree with a lot of the weight loss oriented philosophy behind this book I read it because it was recommended to me for the breathing exercises, not for the weight loss program With some adaptations to make those practices meaningful and body positive for my own practice, the breathing exercises are great.
