    6. Collins knows his craft While this is an older book, and therefore some of the examples are a bit dated, the information within was helpful Foundational even This book was part of the required reading in the training program I went through to become a certified biblical life coach If you are interested in knowing about my life coaching practice, visit RachelOlsen and click on the personal coaching tab.

    7. Being the first book on coaching I have read with nothing to compare it to I thought it was very thorough and comprehensive The book covered what coaching is, the skills a good coach needs, why someone would go to a coach, specialties in coaching, and the future of coaching I pulled a lot of good information out of it, and I think much of what it talks about can be used in all relationships, not just for coaching.

    8. This is no quick and easy read, but it s a nice balance of text book enjoyable reading Great stories throughout that bring the concepts to life It becomes an excellent reference once finished, too.
