If you are looking for new ideas for those hot summer days and nights, this cook book has some great idea Most of the recipes are light, fragrant and easy on the kitchen use If you can t get really fresh seafood, there will be a few recipes that won t work out Don t even try them with sub par ingredients And I didn t see very many ingredients that aren t already available at a larger food market.
