    3. A dire needI have quit in the past due to a lack of emotional resilience While going through another trying time, this book crossed my recommended feed It s nothing new, but it is at the same time Concepts compiled to change your inner dialogue, change your self image, to give you a few weapons in your growing arsenal Akash Karia is proving to be a great author and coach to me.

    4. Good insight into dealing with your emotionsI received and advance reader copy of this book I ve heard that emotional intelligence was sometimes important than actual intelligence This book seems to support that claim and backs it up, too I enjoyed this book because the author gave me examples that I can relate and advice I can follow.

    5. Not able to apply in practical terms This talks a bout General physiology of resilient people, but not about how to develop the same in day to day life As practical life is different from what you see from 37000 feets So just to have touch base of resilient vs non resilient it s fine But can t take it as something to carry forward.
