    1. Another great book from Pippa Franks Made me laugh, giggle, squirm, smirk, chuckle and at times tearful Made me want to read , even at the end of the book, the story satisfyingly finished, I craved I think this has addicted me to Pippa Franks books. The story just flows beautifully and smoothly, letting you into the lives of each character, seeing all their quirks, foibles, worries, obsessions, guilt and the trauma and tragedy behind them Intricately strung together, with the strands unraveling [...]

    2. The last couple of days I ve been reading a lovely story by Pippa Franks, The Seventh of May It has been a joy and delight to read. There are times in life when bad things happen to good people Questions of why go unanswered It seems as if no one could possibly understand The feeling of intense loneliness and sadness are so overwhelming it seems as if we are on a solitary walk through a deeply dark valley of life Yet there are those who do comprehend and empathize with one s depths of despair, ar [...]

    3. I was so excited to read this book by Pippa Franks, as I had recently enjoyed another story by her While this one was so different, it was just as engaging So begins my love of Pippa Franks Pippa introduces us to two characters who each lose loved ones in car accidents on May 7th even though it was five years ago, Jenna still blames herself for her parents death, and Ben blames himself for his girlfriend, Alesha s death What I enjoyed about this story was that Alesha comes back in the form of a [...]

    4. Captivating and Cozy This book draws you in immediately you WANT Jenna and Ben to recover from the tragic accidents that changed their lives You want Jenna to acknowledge and get help for her OCD and you want Ben to stop losing himself in alcohol When these two meet, with the help of a charming ghost, they end up becoming housemates with Jenna s friend Ellie, and the three of them just make you want to be their best friends You want to move in and be one of the housemates as the characters navig [...]

    5. I really enjoyed this book I read it in one sitting, it was that good I have also read Pippa s first book, The OMG test, and you can see a clear improvement in her writing style which is awesome Well not improvement maybe, because The OMG test was good as well, but this one is polished, the plot is tighter and the story has a better flow This is a great romantic read with a surprise twist I highly recommend I was lucky enough to receive this book as a gift and I am so pleased that I did I am lo [...]

    6. The Seventh Day of May kept me at the edge of my seat There were tons of twists and turns that I didn t see coming A delightful story featuring characters I was easily able to fall in love with Probably because I lost my father at a young age, I was easily able to relate to Jenna, the main character, and what she was going through The book was set in England, and there were some phrases I didn t recognize However, learning these new expressions increased my enjoyment of the story

    7. This book seems to have it all most definitely one for the girls though A comedy romance is how I would describe it The book takes us on a journey of Jenna s life over the course of a year and explores all the dynamics and relationships between this group of people.Do like happy ever after endings and this book didn t disappoint A must read

    8. Ghostly Cupid From the synopsis I wasn t sure I d like this story But, it was, oh, so good It shows how completely unrelated situations can have repercussions beyond our knowledge, and how they can all work together for good Recommend.

    9. This book was engaging The elements were a bit stiff and predictable but it was still an enjoyable read.

    10. If you like a story of loss, love and healing with a touch of the supernatural, then this book is for you I found myself turning page after page, long after I had intended to go to sleep, just to find out what happened next The characters are likeable other than one and so easy to imagine as they have been described to a tee, but not going to post any spoilers Pippa has come up trumps with this book and I sincerely hope she continues writing as this is the second of hers that I have enjoyed imme [...]
