    1. This is of a 2 1 2 for me I really wanted to like it, but the heroine, Aoi, is just sowell, I believe Hagio was going for naive, but she kind of sailed right on past it to stupid While an attempt is made to make her neediness another annoying factor believable, she s just not a heroine I could get invested in, which really brought down the book for me Loved the golden retriever, though.Longer review eventually appearing on The Anime News Network.

    2. Sweet and funny and just what I was hoping for, although I wish the ending had wrapped up .

    3. 2.5 stars This is a complete 8 episode shojo manga series in one volume The premise is odd a girl who is the last descendant of a noble family is suddenly abandoned when her family s assets are seized for debt and her grandfather disappears She begs a wealthy classmate to take in her beloved dog, and instead he adopts both the dog and the girl as his pets The entire series is about them living together and him treating her like a cat, but they pretend to have no contact at school And in a weird [...]

    4. This was rather intriguing To think that this story was born out of the life that Hagio Akira shares with her dog Well, there was definitely some Stockholm Syndrome going on and at one point there was a love rhombus albeit briefly it was usually a triangle Sakura the dog is a constant companion and source of comfort throughout The story itself was alright I would recommend this to existing fans of anime However, if you are just beginning your anime journey you might need to pass until you get a [...]

    5. 4 5I was pleasantly surprised with this book. When Aoi is left with a large debt, she s taken in with her dog as a pet to Kei But instead of it being a slave like life, she s taken care of like a real pet groomed, pampered, treated with love and care Even if she protests it and feels like she doesn t do enough, Kei wants her there and he likes having her as his pet. While I do think that Aoi should have spoken up, tried to do if she wanted to, I liked their relationship I think that Kei treated h [...]

    6. I really enjoyed this story, despite the WTF moments early on I especially loved the artwork and the way the panels were designed There wasn t as much romance I would have thought, but I still really enjoyed it I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

    7. This started out confusing since it seemed to take place as if it were volume two or something It s not making much sense and there s no character development Suddenly there s a love triangle and i m done with it.

    8. Una historia de amor adolescente, t pico de casi cualquier manga Shojo Entra able pero un poco tonto, algo lento de leer Nada nuevo, pero entretenido.

    9. I gave this book 4 stars because I don t really believe in the romantic aspect of their relationship, and actually like the thought of Aoi with Kaoru better
