Great book for any fan of the Reds or a baseball fan, but it s all about the Reds The history of the team from the late 1860 s until the late 1940 s Lee Allen was a great writer I really enjoyed the style of writing that was done back then A lot of humor and odd analogies As a Reds fan since the early 1970 s I cannot believe I had never read this.
