    1. This Librarian Uncle says The book has a cute story and is a good introduction to exploring the many ways in which 3D printers can be used I have to disagree though with the 5 8 year old reading age for this book though I would say it s probably for a 7 10 year old if they are reading the book on their own, because of some of the vocabulary that is used There is also an abundance of specific New York borough references that need some explanation from the author to the reader that don t really n [...]

    3. I love the multimedia gimmick of printing out items in the book though many home printers can only do a single color , but the text is ham handedly preachy from the beginning and lacks rhythm or flow, and the story is uncompelling and highly predictable.

    4. A good way to introduce kids to the different types of 3D printers I can see any library that contains a maker space having this book in their collection.

    5. Not the most engaging but very informative Looks at different types of 3D printers A great intro for children and adults.
